Then I try using Windows file explorer address bar with and get error messages: On each one, I try using ftp clients (Filezilla, cuteFTP and WinSCP) with xxx.59.xxx.xxx, the username and password, and they all time out (cuteFTP offers some generic things to check, but they've not helped).
